ALL I ASK OF YOU As soon as Brian and Justin got to Mikey’s, Justin headed for the fridge. He was starving, having not eaten all day. And he had a long night ahead of him with an art project to finish for the next day. The only reason he had come was because Brian didn’t want to come alone and had told him he’d drop him home as soon as they were through. Justin watched Brian trying to comfort Mikey who had started crying almost immediately. It pulled at his heart strings. Brian looked so vulnerable, trying to hold Mikey close. Justin gave him a weak smile but he didn’t smile back. Justin decided he would make Brian stop at Deb’s on their way home and grab something there instead. “I don’t know what to do,” Mikey sobbed. Brian pulled away and kissed his forehead. “Stop worrying. Ben will be ok. He needs this.” Justin rubbed Mikey’s back trying to soothe him. Mikey turned around and hugged him. Brian noticed how normal it looked, them hugging, as if they did it often. And then it happened. Justin said, “Everything will be ok, you’ll see.” And Mikey kissed him…a quick peck on the lips. Brian felt as though he had been hit in the stomach. What the hell just happened, he thought. Since when have they been kissing each other? And on the lips too? He didn’t know what the hell was going on. Justin was still trying to calm Mikey and was doing a pretty good job. Brian glared at him but Justin didn’t seem to notice. When Mikey finally pulled away, Justin went to Brian’s side and slipped an arm around his waist. Brian felt him tremble and knew he was close to tears. He entwined his fingers with his boy’s. “If Ben leaves, he won’t be coming back…” Mikey said softly. Brian let go of Justin’s hand and cupped Mikey’s face in his hands. “Listen to me, Mikey. This is it. You’re going to let Ben go, do you hear me? You are going to pull yourself together, and support Ben because right now, he needs you a lot more than you need him.” Mikey nodded, tears flowing down his face. Brian wiped away at the tears and said, “You’re going to have to be strong but you’re not going to be alone.” “Brian-“ “Do you understand what I’m saying?” Mikey nodded. “Now are you going to be alright tonight?” Mikey nodded and smiled weakly. “Justin!” Emmett called. “What?” Justin shouted back. “Telephone!” “I’m getting dressed! I was supposed to be at Brian’s 10 minutes ago! Find out who it is, would you?” Justin dug through his closet for something appropriate to wear. Brian had invited him over for dinner tonight. It wasn’t something rare as he would have dinner at Brian’s quite often. “It’s your mom!” Emmett called. Justin walked into the hall and picked up the phone. “Hey mom! You gotta be quick, I’m going over to Brian’s for –“ “Justin, I’m at the hospital....” “What? Mom? Are you ok? What happened?” “It’s nothing serious. Molly fell off her bike and this other kid riding behind her crashed into her and-“ “I’ll be right there!” “I wouldn’t normally call honey, but she’s asking for you.” “It’s fine mom. Give me 10 minutes, ok?” He hung up the phone and immediately started searching for his wallet. As he headed for the door, he had a nagging fear he was forgetting to do something but he ignored it. Brian looked at the clock for the tenth time that night. It was 10 pm and still no sign of Justin. Not even a phone call. He looked around the loft, regretting his decision to surprise Justin with an indoor picnic…similar to the one Justin had fixed up that time…when he had wanted Brian to be “romantic”. Brian used his fingers to extinguish the candles he had lit. The hot wax burnt his flesh but he didn’t care. He wished instead he could burn his heart…numb the pain he was feeling. He looked at the floor where all the food lay on a blanket, a bottle of expensive champagne sitting on ice in the centre. Brian had so wanted tonight to be perfect. He wanted Justin to see how much of an effort he was making for them. He needed Justin to see just how serious about him he was. He wondered where the hell Justin was. Picking up the phone, he dialed Justin’s cell but got no answer. Emmett had told him Justin had left more than an hour ago. Brian wondered if Justin had forgotten. When they had decided to get back together six months ago, they had agreed things didn’t have to change. But they also agreed they’d have their own special time. Brian immediately started feeling insecure. He wondered if Justin was with someone now. He couldn’t think of any other explanation. After he threw all the food and candles into the bin, Brian put on his shoes and his most comfortable black vest. He was going to Babylon to numb the pain. “So is she going to be ok?” Mikey asked, the concern obvious in his eyes. Justin looked up from the figure he was drawing and nodded. “She’s a Taylor; made of tough stuff!” The boys laughed. They were sitting on the floor working on the comic book at Mikey’s store as Ben took care of some stuff. He was leaving in less than a week. Justin hadn’t heard from Brian in the past two days, but he brushed it aside, knowing Brian was busy with work, and he had been busy with school. He had really wanted to apologize for Wednesday. “Was your dad there last night?” Mikey asked. Justin shook his head. “Mom said she called, but got no answer. He’ll probably go see her today. Molly’s doing the victim act pretty good. So far, she’s gotten enough candy to last her the rest of the year!” Mikey laughed. The store bell rung, signaling a customer had entered. Looking up, Mikey saw it was Brian. “Oh, it’s you! Justin and I have been at this non-stop for the past hour,” Mikey said. Justin got off the floor, packing his stuff in the process. He was exhausted and needed a nap. He walked over to Brian and planted a kiss on his lips, but Brian didn’t respond. Justin looked at him. “About last night-“ “Forget about it.” Brian said coldly. Mikey watched as Brian picked up a comic book, flipping through it idly. “It’s just that-“ “I said forget about it. So drop it, ok?” Justin tried to smile as if everything was ok. He couldn’t understand why Brian wouldn’t let him explain. He didn’t even know why Brian was reacting this way, since Brian had messed up lots of their plans in the past, not even offering an explanation. Turning to Mikey, he said, “Well slave-driver, I think I’ll be off now. I’m pretty exhausted and I’m sure I reek! We’ll finish this off later, ok?” Mikey nodded and watched Justin leave. Then his eyes focused on Brian. He loved Brian more than he loved himself but sometimes, he hated how cold and unfeeling Brian could be. He knew that as much as he wanted to be with Brian, he would never be able to deal with it. He would never be able to deal with the men, the drugs, the sex, the attitude… Yet still, he couldn’t stop loving the bastard. Even though he knew Brian would never love him back… not the way he wanted him too… like the way he loved Justin. “That was wrong, Brian,” Mikey said. “Oh I’m sorry. I didn’t realize I had asked for your fucking opinion?” Brian sneered. Mikey glared at him. “You could have let him explain.” “Explain what? That he was out getting his dick sucked and couldn’t make it? Who cares anyways? I know I fucking don’t. Do you?” “I care that his little sister was at the hospital and she needed him.” Brian bit his lip and looked away. Fuck, he thought. Mikey was talking up his
ass to make him feel guilty. And it was working. Mikey nodded. “But I don’t think her brother may be,” “So why the fuck didn’t he tell me?” ”I could have sworn he was just trying to.” “I mean that night… or yesterday?” Mikey shrugged. But Brian still felt guilty… and hurt. Why hadn’t Justin told him? He wanted to be there for his boy… but maybe Justin didn’t want him to be around? “I’m sorry.” Brian heard himself say. Justin rolled his eyes and left the door open for Brian to enter. “Brian Kinney saying sorry. This must be a first.” Brian shut the door behind him. “Yea well, I was wrong. It takes a real man to say when he’s wrong.” Justin looked at Brian over his shoulder and grinned. He opened his bottle of water and gulped down some. Plopping down on the sofa, Brian joined him. “So how is she?” Brian asked. Justin leaned against the pillows, his feet on Brian’s thighs. Brian massaged them through white socks. “She’s doing better, just got a few bruises. But you know how dramatic she is… which makes mom overreact and then…” he laughed. Brian tugged at the socks, pondering on his next words. “So why didn’t you tell me?” Justin swallowed his water before speaking. “I didn’t think it was a big deal. Plus, it seemed like something so insignificant to bother you with… I know how busy you are at work too…” Brian stared into his boy’s eyes. “You know I’m never too busy for you. And whatever concerns you, concerns me…no matter how insignificant.” Justin couldn’t believe what he had just heard. Brian couldn’t believe what he had just said. But when he saw Justin’s eyes light up and his sunshine smile, he didn’t regret saying it. Justin pounced on him immediately, his lips covering Brian’s. He wrapped his legs around Brian’s waist and placed his arms around Brian’s neck, kissing his boyfriend until they both needed to come up for air. “You are fucking amazing!” Justin said throatily. Brian’s hands forced Justin’s t-shirt upwards and over his head. His hands
found their way into his pants, caressing Justin’s smooth butt. Using his teeth,
Justin tugged on the buttons to Brian’s shirt. Brian helped after removing his
tie. Brian moaned, his dick aching to be inside of his boy. “Take off your clothes, baby.” Brian whispered into Justin’s ear. Justin immediately got up and removed his pants, watching Brian get naked in front of him. Brian sat back on the sofa and Justin positioned himself so his thighs were at the side of Brian’s. His mouth found his boyfriend’s and he sucked on the warm tongue, pulling out and thrusting occasionally. Brian felt his dick rub against Justin’s. He took Justin’s dick in his hands and stroked it, intermittently rubbing it against his own. Using his middle finger, he inserted it into Justin’s tight hole and heard his boy’s sharp intake of breath. Justin arched against him. He was moaning loudly, pleading with Brian to fuck him. “Tell me how much you want me first.” Brian said huskily against Justin’s mouth. Justin moaned. “I want you… so… ah… fucking much…” Brian unwrapped a condom quickly and placed it on his dick, then he lowered
Justin onto it. He closed his eyes and let his boy take over. Justin’s sweaty
forehead pressed against Brian’s as he lowered himself slowly then moved upwards.
When the teasing became too unbearable for Brian, he grabbed hold of Justin’s
butt and controlled the speed more to his liking. After getting rid of the condom, the boys were back on the sofa with Justin
slipping his hands around Brian’s neck. Brian looked up at him, hugging his
boy’s sweaty naked body close to him. “Ooh!” Emmett screamed. Justin felt Brian pull him even tighter against him as he tried to turn towards Emmett. “We’re not looking,” Ted was saying covering his eyes and he tried to drag Emmett into another room. Emmett grinned at Justin. “Don’t forget to clean up after yourselves, boys!” When they were gone, Brian brought his mouth to Justin’s. He wasn’t quite done for the night yet. |
